Business Plan

The Alliance Scotland's annual Business Plan outlines the key priorities for the organisation and its members over the coming twelve months. The Plan also emphasises the Alliance Scotland's commitment to working with skills and learning partners to ensure a sustainable and skilled workforce for employers in Scotland.

Each Plan is created with the needs of Scottish employers in mind and reiterates the Alliance Scotland's stance that workforce investment and development is crucial to ensure that Scotland stays competitive as the economy recovers.
